Meet the SilverCare Medicare Consultants Serving Western New York

SilverCare Solutions, LLC is a women owned company based in WNY who have been dedicated to helping individuals find health insurance over the last 25 years. We assist individuals and employer groups with Medicare insurance along with plan options through the NYS of Health (also known as the Marketplace). We efficiently screen, evaluate and compare a multitude of plan options available on the market and simplify things for our customers so they can make confident decisions.
Sharon Malone
President & CEO
Sharon Malone has over 30 years of experience with Medicare. She was first introduced to Medicare in 1989 working at Mutual of Omaha. In 1998 she was hired by Blue Cross Blue Shield where she was an intricate part of the roll-out process of their Medicare Advantage plan. From there she was hired by a broker, Crown Benefits, Inc. where she developed a Medicare division. After years of working with Crown Benefits, she decided to branch off on her own to started her own company, SilverCare Solutions. Sharon’s focus is to ensure every Medicare beneficiary understands the A,B,C and D’s of Medicare. She is always available to provide answers to much needed questions to all Medicare beneficiaries. She is proud to have her daughter, Meghan Reed, working by her side so one day she will continue her legacy of the company.

Meghan Reed
Licensed Sales Representative
Meghan joined SilverCare Solutions in May 2023 and has several years of experience selling Medicare. Meghan was first introduced to Medicare at Highmark BlueCross BlueShield running their Medicare centers. She takes pride in helping people understand Medicare and finding the best plan for them. Meghan’s goal is to make this transition to Medicare as simple as possible for her clients. As of January 2023, Meghan and her husband Manny became new parents to their son Cameron. Some of her hobbies consist of reading, working out, and walking around the neighborhood with little Cameron. I look forward to helping you with your Medicare & Retirement questions!

Ann Pizzuto
We are excited to welcome Ann Pizzuto to the SilverCare Solutions family! Ann brings with her over 30 years of experience at Highmark, where she built a career dedicated to serving clients. After retiring, she continued to share her expertise by joining Highmark’s seasonal Medicare team, assisting members with their Medicare plan renewals. Now, we’re thrilled to have Ann join us for this Annual Enrollment Period, where she’ll be assisting our clients with the same care, knowledge, and dedication she’s known for.
Kitty Sullivan
We’re excited to welcome Kitty Sullivan to the team! With over 30 years of experience in healthcare sales and marketing, Kitty brings not only a wealth of knowledge but also a warm, people-first approach. After retiring, she joined Highmark’s Seasonal Medicare Team, where she supported members with plan renewals. During Annual Enrollment, Kitty will be helping with scheduling, follow-ups, and client interactions. Her kind and caring nature makes every conversation a great one—you’ll love working with her!
