Meet our experienced team members
SilverCare Solutions, LLC is a women owned company based in WNY who have been dedicated to helping individuals find health insurance over the last 25 years. We assist individuals and employer groups with Medicare insurance along with plan options through the NYS of Health (also known as the Marketplace). We efficiently screen, evaluate and compare a multitude of plan options available on the market and simplify things for our customers so they can make confident decisions.
Sharon Malone
President & CEO
Sharon Malone has over 30 years of experience with Medicare. She was first introduced to Medicare in 1989 working at Mutual of Omaha. In 1998 she was hired by Blue Cross Blue Shield where she was an intricate part of the roll-out process of their Medicare Advantage plan. From there she was hired by a broker, Crown Benefits, Inc. where she developed a Medicare division. After years of working with Crown Benefits, she decided to branch off on her own to started her own company, SilverCare Solutions. Sharon’s focus is to ensure every Medicare beneficiary understands the A,B,C and D’s of Medicare. She is always available to provide answers to much needed questions to all Medicare beneficiaries. She is proud to have her daughter, Meghan Reed, working by her side so one day she will continue her legacy of the company.

Meghan Reed
Licensed Sales Representative
Meghan joined SilverCare Solutions in May 2023 and has several years of experience selling Medicare. Meghan was first introduced to Medicare at Highmark BlueCross BlueShield running their Medicare centers. She takes pride in helping people understand Medicare and finding the best plan for them. Meghan’s goal is to make this transition to Medicare as simple as possible for her clients. As of January 2023, Meghan and her husband Manny became new parents to their son Cameron. Some of her hobbies consist of reading, working out, and walking around the neighborhood with little Cameron. I look forward to helping you with your Medicare & Retirement questions!

Paula Schembri

Paula Schembri joined SilverCare Solutions in August of 2020 and has over 25 years in the health insurance industry. Paula began her career at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Western New York in 1990 where she held several positions throughout her 13-year tenure, including customer service, claims and account service. BCBSWNY is where Paula was first introduced to Medicare and where her passion for it began. Paula’s transition to focus on Medicare was a natural one. Her approach is consultative in nature and ensures that every beneficiary is enrolled in the plan that best suits the individual’s needs. Paula’s expertise and passion for Medicare is what makes her a great addition to the Silvercare Team!

Dawn Tantillo

Dawn Tantillo joined Silvercare Solutions in the Summer of 2019 and is proud to be part of the team at Silvercare Solutions. Dawn worked in the Health Care Industry for over 15 years as a Practice Administrator for a large medical practice. She has a complete understanding of how insurances work and with this knowledge can guide you in the right direction when it is time for you to join Medicare. She knows this process can be overwhelming and is here to make the transition as seamless as possible! Dawn will treat you like family and will make sure all your questions and concerns are answered.

Gabrielle Messana

Gabrielle joined SilverCare Solutions in September 2023 and is our newest Licensed Representative and Medicare consultant! She has a Bachelor of Business Degree from Niagara University where she majored in business management. She enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her friends and family.
